Terms & conditions.
The terms for using this website. Last updated 11 October 2026.
Using the website
You may browse the site and contact us about our work. Please do not use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or try to access systems or information that are not intended for you.
Information on the site
We aim to keep descriptions of FN DigiStudio, TFLSK, Tovia and our work accurate. Features, availability, prices and examples can change. If a detail matters to your decision, contact us before relying on it.
Projects and enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve project time. Any client project will have its own agreed scope, price, payment terms and delivery arrangements. Those written terms take precedence for that project.
Apps, downloads and other websites
Links to app stores, Gumroad and other websites take you to services run by others. Purchases and downloads are completed there, subject to the information and terms shown at checkout or in the store. These website terms do not replace any app-specific terms. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Our content
The site’s text, images, design and FN DigiStudio and TFLSK branding belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site. Please ask before reusing its content or assets for another purpose.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, or removes rights you have as a consumer.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the website changes. The date above shows when this version was last revised. For questions, email info@fndigistudio.com. You can also read our Privacy policy.
