If you joined the former TFLSK waitlist, we may also hold the language, football position and location you chose to provide. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or on steps you ask us to take before a contract. If you joined the former TFLSK waitlist to receive updates, we rely on your consent for those updates; you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. If records must be kept by law, we rely on that legal obligation. We do not sell your personal information or add contact-form enquiries to an unrelated marketing list.
Contact-form details pass through our website hosting provider and Brevo, which delivers the enquiry email to us. Service providers process information for these purposes on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it. When you follow a link to an app store, Gumroad or a social platform, that service handles information under its own notice.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if a project follows, to manage that relationship and any required records. We review older messages and remove information we no longer need. Hosting providers may keep short-term technical logs for security and service operation. If you previously joined the TFLSK waitlist, you can ask us to remove your details at any time.
Brevo says its data hosting is in the EU. Other service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK rules require safeguards for a transfer, we use the applicable safeguards. Email us if you want more information about a particular provider or transfer.
The current website does not set analytics or advertising cookies in its own code. The host may use strictly necessary technical measures to deliver and secure the site.
